A complete, heavy-duty, mid-90s European-engineered nonwoven line optimized for high-GSM technical textiles.
This highly versatile line combines precise weighing and blending (Temafa), heavy-duty carding (Spinnbau), high-speed profiled cross-lapping (Autefa), and robust mechanical bonding (Dilo).
It is engineered to process coarse synthetic and recycled staple fibres into high-tensile, wide-width roll goods.
Output Capabilities: 5.5-Meter Max Finished Width (Trimmed)
Target Weight Range: 200 GSM to 1,000+ GSM
Estimated Output Capacity: 600 kg/hr to 900 kg/hr (dependent on fibre/GSM)

1. Fiber Preparation & Blending (Temafa, 1996)
3x Baltromix Bale Openers: Equipped with independent weighing pans for precise multi-component blending (e.g., Virgin + Recycled fibres).
1x Collecting Conveyor & 1x Opener/Picker: Ensures thorough mechanical opening.
1x Blending Bin & 1x Fine Opener: Guarantees absolute fibre homogenization before carding.
2. HIGH-THROUGHPUT CARDING (SPINNBAU, 1996)
Model: Type 216 Hopper-Fed Nonwoven Card
Working Width: 2,500 mm
Configuration: Dish feeding system, breast cylinder with 1x Worker/Stripper (W/S) pair, massive main cylinder with 5x W/S pairs, and Double Doffer with take-off rollers.
Fiber Suitability: Optimized for high-denier technical staple fibres (3.3 to 17+ dtex PP/PES/Recycled).
3. PROFILED CROSS LAPPER (AUTEFA, 1994)
Model: CL2002 / 184
In feed/Out feed Width: 2,500 mm in feed to 5,500 mm – 6,000 mm out feed.
Advantage: Builds high cross-directional (CD) tensile strength and eliminates edge thinning ("smile effect") for heavy fabric mass uniformity. [1]
